Wake up early

What does early means to you? Is it waking up at 6-7 in the morning to help you prepare for the days ahead? If you want to be more productive, you have to sleep early in order to wake up early.  We are talking about 4:00-4:30 am.

By waking earlier than the usual, you will have the longer time to fulfill the things that matter to you thus enhancing your productivity.

In case you are having trouble in waking up early, you may want to wake up 15 minutes earlier than the usual, and then gradually climb up until you made it to the 4:00 morning ritual.

When getting ready for the days ahead, you need to be physically fit. We are not talking about finishing a strenuous workout routine, but simple stretches and yoga poses will definitely do.  Exercise will improve the circulation of your blood, wake up the idle muscles, improve your thinking and focus, and promote happiness which leads to improved productivity. A workout routine can be stressful, try dancing to a tune of a lively song or walking or running around the neighborhood for 10 minutes or so.

Have a Journal of Gratitude

In case you are not aware of it, successful people make it a point to write the things that they are most thankful for.
