Although these companies occupied similar market niches, the latter has won international acclaim, which it owes to the fact that it focused on improving its own products and internal processes. Until now, these two global corporations have been set up as an example of employee-friendly companies.

Innovation is a turning point for many businesses. Today, just like never before, we are dealing with a real revolution of business models. Knowledge of the company and its operating methods available only to the initiated is another of the major changes that have occurred over time. The practice of concealing information, know-how, and company management methods is currently limited. Today, many companies don’t consider it as a problem to show their growth, number of customers, or even revenues, although they are not obliged to do so, for example, by law. Although it is believed that physical labor-related occupations will disappear in the first place, it is impossible to eliminate human factor completely. Many occupations will be supported by machines that will replace the information and data acquisition process.
