Thirdly: manage time because time is priceless
Time unlike other things can’t be retrieved, so don’t waste your time on unnecessary tasks. It appears that a person doesn’t have to work longer hours, he or she only needs to manage time better. Einstein said: “I do not play games…. There is not time for it. When I get through with work, I don’t want anything that requires the working of the mind.”
Fourthly: trust is everything
Even the best methods for time management can’t help if all tasks will be done by one person. Now there are many opportunities to delegate work and there are people who can help. Better to trust someone and just delegate work. But you have to remember that: “Anyone who doesn’t take truth seriously in small matters cannot be trusted in large ones either.”
Fifthly: let’s do it
